We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Vendor Central Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part growing our operations with the help of the account manager on the Amazon platform, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
-Accept or reject purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies and inventory availability.
-Create shipments on both Vendor Central and our internal systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
-Communicate effectively with the warehouse team to coordinate shipment-related activities and ensure compliance with
shipping requirements.
-Submit invoices and advanced shipping notices (ASNs) promptly and accurately.
-Manage all aspects of Vendor Central operations, including creating and updating product listings, images, coupons, and other content.
-Open and manage cases with Vendor Support as needed to address any issues or concerns.
-Utilize extensive knowledge of the Vendor Central platform to optimize operations and drive performance improvements.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in vendor-related activities.
-Provide regular updates and reports on Vendor Central performance metrics and operational activities.
Requirements:
-Demonstrated expertise in the Amazon Vendor Central platform, with a deep understanding of its features, functionalities, and
best practices.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, and Amazon support.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve
performance.
-Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
-Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities
and requirements.
