I am looking for someone with very relevant experience in Amazon Seller Central case management, reimbursements, shipment discrepancies, and other account management. Product sourcing and analyzing experience is a strong advantage, but not required. Full time or part time available.

Tasks:
-Creating and resolving cases for shipping discrepancies, missed reimbursements, account health, etc…
-Creating listings and shipment plans.
– Data entry

Not required, but strong advantage:

– Experience in analyzing products and filtering product catalogs for purchasing.
– Experience communicating with suppliers.
– Basic book keeping experience.

American business hours preferred. Initially this position will involve at least some American business hours, but flexible hours available later on.
