Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to support our FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) business using the wholesale method. As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to search for profitable products to expand our inventory and maximize sales on Amazon. You will utilize tools such as Keepa and Buybot Pro, and have proficiency in using Google Sheets for data management.
Responsibilities:
1. Wholesale Product Research: Conduct thorough product research using wholesale sourcing methods to identify profitable items for our Amazon FBA business.
2. Utilize Tools: Utilize Keepa and Buybot Pro to analyze historical sales data, track price trends, and evaluate product performance to make informed sourcing decisions.
3. Competitive Analysis: Analyze the competition on Amazon, identifying top-selling products and evaluating market demand to help determine the viability of potential products.
4. Data Management: Organize and maintain product data using Google Sheets, including product details, pricing, profitability calculations, and other relevant information.
5. Profitability Assessment: Calculate and assess product profitability by considering factors such as fees, shipping costs, and market demand.
6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarizing product research findings, including potential opportunities, market trends, and sales performance.
7. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, market changes, and Amazon policies related to product sourcing and FBA to ensure optimal decision-making.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, such as inventory managers and listing optimization specialists, to coordinate product sourcing activities and optimize inventory strategy.
9. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in product research and sourcing methods.
Qualifications:
1. Previous Experience: At least 2 Years proven experience in product research for Amazon FBA, preferably using the wholesale sourcing method.
2. Amazon Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of how the Amazon marketplace works, including product rankings, sales metrics, and competitive dynamics.
3. Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Keepa and Buybot Pro for data analysis and market research.
4. Data Management Skills: Proficient in using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate product profitability, assess market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to accurately assess product data and identify potential opportunities or risks.
7. Self-Motivated: Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
8. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to report findings, collaborate with team members, and seek clarification when needed.
9. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the Amazon marketplace, policies, and sourcing strategies.
