Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Amazon Virtual Assistant. As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping our business succeed on the Amazon platform. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing our Amazon store’s performance, enhancing the customer experience, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce, Amazon’s marketplace, excel skills and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing and Optimization:
Create and manage product listings on Amazon, including optimizing product titles, descriptions, and images.
Monitor and update product prices and inventory levels to maximize sales and profitability.

Amazon PPC Advertising:
Set up and manage Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Analyze campaign performance, make adjustments, and optimize ad spend.

Customer Service and Feedback Management:
Respond to customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage product reviews and feedback to maintain a positive seller rating.

Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and available for purchase.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Conduct research to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Utilize this information to make data-driven decisions for our product catalog.

Performance Analytics:
Analyze sales data, key performance indicators, and Amazon Seller Central reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar e-commerce role is preferred.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce tools is a plus.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
