Managing Amazon Seller Central Tasks
Weekly sales spreadsheets
Monthly sales spreadsheets
Dimensions reconciliation
Shipments reconciliation (smh new but same efforts as dimensions recon)
Monthly COGs
KW research
Creation of new campaigns when needed
Listing creation
Listing improvement suggestions
Competitors monitoring
Amazon seller support cases
Other admin tasks

Intro:

We are seeking a self-driven and dedicated assistant to support us in managing our Amazon seller account. This position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within our fast-growing ecommerce company.

Initially, this position will require 4-6 hours per day, with a starting pay of $4 USD per hour. Pay increases will be based on performance, and there is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position, based on mutual agreement.

We are an established seven figure ecommerce company specializing in party decorations, with over six years of experience selling on Amazon and Shopify. As a remote team of four employees, we prioritize delivering high-quality work on time over traditional work hours.

• Able to accommodate flexible scheduling for weekly calls across different time zones.
• Proficient in English.

• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Has previous experience working with Amazon FBA businesses and understands its operational dynamics.
• Proficient in SEO techniques and strategies for optimizing product visibility.
• Very good in operating Excel.
• Familiarity with tools Amazon related tools.
• Strong research skills and ability to gather relevant insights.
• Exhibits self-motivation and takes initiative to drive results.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment while also capable of working independently.
