Amazon Virtual Assistant

Hi! We are seeking a Full Time, skilled Amazon Manager to join our team. Pay is to be determined, depending on your skill level.

**About Us:**
We are a baby brand selling on Amazon with our wall stickers and journals. We’re searching for a Virtual Assistant who can contribute to our day-to-day tasks while infusing their own creativity with graphics.

Your responsibilities will be:

Amazon account management: General Seller Central admin responsibilities, customer service, product creation and product launch support, product and keyword research, supplier research, working with Amazon seller support, and weekly/monthly reporting for finances and operations, PPC management and optimization. Amazon experience is highly preferred.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory forecasts, work with suppliers, coordinate flow of inventory between suppliers and Amazon, product sourcing, reporting, ordering, creating shipments.

We would like you to have a strong base of skills, but we are also able to help train you on new programs and skills. Important requirements for this job:

> Friendly and warm personality
> Critical thinker who takes initiative and doesn’t need a lot of supervision
> Highly organized, detail oriented
> Strong data analytics
> Willing to learn new skills quickly (we will teach you during salaried hours)
> Excellent spoken & written English
> Willing to ask questions if you get stuck
> Experience with Amazon Seller Central

Most of your time you can work in your own time zone, at your own preferred hours! However, you must be available for meetings and online chat conversations with the team daily Monday-Friday, 8am-9am Philippine time (4-5pm Pacific Time).

These skills are not necessary, but they would be very nice to have:
> Graphic design background
> Photoshop and video editing
> Experience working with Chinese suppliers and freight forwarders
> Social media experience
> Experience with Helium10

We are looking for someone who is very organized and takes initiative to do a great job. We need your help to improve our systems and not just accept things the way they are. 🙂
