Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are looking for skilled and experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining effective stock control, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing excellent customer service on the Amazon platform. We require individuals with prior experience in managing Amazon accounts, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in tasks such as shipping, quality control (QC), reordering, and working with Excel.

Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor stock levels on Amazon, ensuring accuracy and availability of products.
Handle order processing, including timely fulfillment, tracking, and addressing customer inquiries related to orders.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure product accuracy, labeling, and packaging meet Amazon’s standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to facilitate reordering and maintain inventory levels.
Utilize Excel to track and analyze sales, inventory, and other relevant data to inform decision-making.
Pay attention to detail and maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and customer interactions.
Stay up to date with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices to optimize product listings and enhance customer experience.
Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with Amazon.
Proficiency in stock control, order processing, shipping, QC, reordering, and Excel.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
Familiarity with Amazon’s Seller Central and other relevant tools and platforms.
Fast learner with a proactive attitude towards learning new processes and tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
