Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our small team. As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients’ Amazon operations, assisting with various tasks related to product listings, optimization, customer service, and overall account management.

Responsibilities:

Assist with product listing creation and optimization on the Amazon platform.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Respond promptly to client account issues (support on issues is provided)
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings.
Perform regular performance analysis and reporting to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
Stay updated on Amazon’s policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize results.
Manage and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns (desirable)

Requirements:

English (fluent speaking)
Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or Amazon marketplace.
Proficiency in navigating Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with its various tools and features.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Experience with additional e-commerce platforms or digital marketing tools is a plus.
