We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Associate to lead our Amazon store operations and drive growth.
Job Description:
Position Overview:
As the Ecommerce Associate for our Amazon store, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Amazon sales channel. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, optimize product listings, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Store Management:
Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon store, including inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor key performance metrics and take actions to improve sales, conversion rates, and profitability.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Product Listings Optimization:
Optimize product listings for search visibility, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords.
A/B test product listings and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
Advertising and Marketing:
Create and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop Amazon-specific marketing strategies.
Customer Experience:
Monitor customer reviews and address any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience for Amazon customers.
Competitive Analysis:
Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and threats in the Amazon marketplace.
Stay informed about industry trends and recommend strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and analyze regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategy.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon marketplace management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Sponsored Products).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of SEO and e-commerce trends.
Experience with third-party tools and software for Amazon management is a plus.
