Do you excel at product research? Are you proactive, independent, a problem-solver, and detail-oriented with experience in data management?

We are an eCommerce company building a winning team to help us grow, and we’re looking to hire an Amazon VA to assist with product research for Online Arbitrage and Wholesale models, along with administrative tasks on Seller Central.

We focus on Amazon’s FBA program, purchasing products wholesale from brands and distributors, and reselling them on Amazon for a profit.

Job’s Responsibilities:

Account & Inventory Management
• Oversee the Amazon Seller Central account.
• Ungate brands and categories, and resolve IPI issues.
• Manage pricing using Go Aura Repricer.
• Track online orders from various suppliers in Google Spreadsheets.
• Monitor the delivery of goods and ensure accuracy with the prep center.
• Communicate with suppliers about issues like incomplete or damaged products.
• List products on Amazon Seller Central.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with the prep center.
• Prepare and send shipments using Inventory Lab.

Amazon Product Research | Online Arbitrage
• Identify profitable leads from various merchants based on ROI and margin analysis.
• Proficient in Keepa Analysis and Revseller.
• Skilled in sourcing methods: Manual, Reverse, Storefront.
• Proficient in Tactical Arbitrage and Source Mogul.

• Ensure accurate product matches, UPC, and model match.
• Reduce costs by leveraging sales, discounts, coupons, promotions, cashbacks, etc.
• Document leads in Google Sheets.

Amazon Wholesale Product Research
• Research suppliers and wholesale distributors.
• Cold call and conduct online research to build a list of US distributors.
• Contact potential wholesale suppliers via email.
• Indicate if you have an existing supplier list from previous roles (this is a plus).
• Use Smart Scout for brand and distributor information.
• Send emails and catalog inquiries.
• Create accounts on wholesaler websites.
• Analyze products and match them with distributor-provided catalogs to Amazon US Marketplace.
• Request quotes and follow up on shipments.

Required Experience and Skills:
• Previous experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Inventory lab and Go Aura Repricer.
• Proficient in tools such as Keepa, Revseller, Tactical Arbitrage, Source Mogul, and google spreadsheet.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets for data tracking and management.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.
• Experience in handling supplier communications and order tracking.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
