Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our Amazon FBA operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant, specifically with Amazon FBA tasks:

Responsibilities:
– Assist with product research and selection of profitable products including conducting market analysis and competitor research.
– Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and optimized product descriptions, images, and keywords.
– Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews, providing excellent customer service.
– Coordinate and manage inventory levels, including replenishment and forecasting.
– Monitor and optimize product performance, including monitoring sales, rankings, and profitability.
– Assist with order fulfillment and logistics, including coordinating with suppliers and managing shipment tracking.
– Conduct data analysis and generate reports to track key performance indicators.
– Support marketing initiatives, including managing promotions and advertising campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Amazon FBA.
Flexible to work extended hours if required.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, specifically in Amazon FBA operations.
– Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes.
– Proficient in using tools and software related to Amazon FBA, such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, keepa.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and product listings.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
– Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
– Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and marketplace channels is a plus.
