Applicants to this position should have the capabilities to make an immediate impact. While training can be provided in areas of need, to be a candidate for this position, enough experience to work somewhat independently is necessary.

Eligible candidates for this position will need strong experience in at least one of the following areas. Experience in both is a strong advantage, but at least strong experience in one is a requirement.

1)Amazon Seller Central case management, reimbursements, shipment discrepancies, and other account management
2)Product sourcing – analyzing wholesale supplier catalogs, individually analyzing product listings, new supplier outreach/communication. Online arbitrage experience is beneficial as well.

Tasks:
-Creating and resolving cases for shipping discrepancies, missed reimbursements, account health, etc…
-Creating listings and shipment plans.
– Data entry
– Product sourcing

Typical work day in this position would involve:
– Creating cases for shipment discrepancies and reimbursements, and follow up on previous cases.
– Create new listings
– Data entry
– Updating reporting spreadsheet on case status
– Source from assigned supplier

There will be expectations to contribute in all of these areas. Once a strong skill set is shown and trust is built, applicant will work relatively independently.
