Amazon Virtual Assistant

Primarily looking to fill a long-term full time virtual assistant. NO CLIENT CALLS NECESSARY, this is a back-end analytics & copywriting & data entry role, not a customer service role.

– Eagerness and proactiveness to learn: the ideal candidate is someone looking for long-term work. We are here to develop & grow together.

– Be Honest: This is a jack-of-all-trades role. You will have the opportunity to do anything and everything- but that also means there will be tasks you would prefer not to do. All I ask is you have a positive attitude and try for awhile, if it’s something you hate, be honest and upfront. You will be tasked with other things instead.

– Self-motivated: I will be spending exactly 0 minutes monitoring & managing your time

Skills preferred:
– Proficient in written English
– Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, filter, find and replace, difference between ctrl+d vs. drag-down, formula writing, etc.)
– Amazon Seller Central Experience (back-end product updates, knowledge of sales ranking and terminology, use of upload feeds, etc.)
– Amazon lead-generation abilities (either new product development or new brand potential)

Example of Amazon Tasks:
– Listing Creation/Optimization through excel uploads
– Reconciling Product Information
– Lead generation through competitor research
– Update Sales Reports (report exports + excel updates)
– Going through dropboxes of images & videos and selecting the best ones to be used in product listings & advertising
– Bulk change prices through uploads
– Updating & keeping clean records on product master spreadsheets
– Forecast sales volume to create a new order to suppliers & brands
– Analyzing pay-per-click campaigns

FLEXIBLE HOURS, I don’t work set hours, so I don’t expect you to either. You will not be required to work within my timezone (PST/PDT) except for a weekly/biweekly meeting, & unless you need training or need to meet with me. I can also ocassionally be available for daytime PHT hours. As long as tasks are completed by the due dates, you are free to work whenever and at your own pace. Tasks will be posted on To-doist or communicated through chat. Make your presence known.
