Amazon Virtual Assistant (Focusing on Editing Listing Images, A+ Contents/Storefront Graphic Design and Amazon SEO, Flat-flie uploads)
We are looking for experienced Amazon VAs to join our company. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and should have good communication and organizational skills. We value strong work ethics in our hires. It would be greatly appreciated if you could be transparent about your current skill sets and experience level. We are seeking a full-time employee and can guarantee 40 hours of work per week (173 hours per month). You may work longer if there are tasks to be completed, or shorter if you desire.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of our Amazon, Walmart and Shopify store
Manage and edit product listings, including descriptions and images
Create and edit the product images, A+ Contents, Infographics, etc
Amazon SEO
Edit product videos to showcase product features and benefits
Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Assist with social media and email marketing campaigns
Help with product research and data analysis
Manage PPC campaigns
Requirements:
Desired 1+ years of Amazon Seller Central Experience or comparable knowledge/experience. This means you must know Seller Central inside and out. Everything from flat files, inventory management, FBA process, reinstatements, case filing, Amazon PPC advertising, brand registry troubleshooting, basic Amazon SEO, Helium10, keyword research, etc
Graphic Design Experience: Listing Image Design including Inforgraphics, Amazon A+ Contents Design, Video Ad, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify Storefront Design experience preferred. (You must submit your portfolios in your application)
Preferred:
Graphic Design Experience for Kids Outdoor & Toy Products
Social Media management experience: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc
Shopify Store and Walmart Store experience
