Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to source profitable products for our Amazon store using advanced online research tools. The VA will analyze potential products to determine their return on investment (ROI), track inventory, and potentially make purchases. They will present well-researched options for our consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Research:
Utilize industry-leading online tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, AMZScout) to identify potential products.
Conduct thorough market research to determine product demand, competition, and market trends.
ROI Analysis:
Analyze the profitability of potential products by calculating expected ROI.
Consider factors such as cost of goods, shipping fees, Amazon fees, and marketing expenses.
Inventory Management:
Track inventory levels to ensure products are always in stock.
Monitor inventory health and manage restocking schedules.
Potentially make purchasing decisions based on inventory needs and ROI analysis.
Product Sourcing List:
Provide a list of 50 products per week that have been deemed potentially profitable after performing analysis.
Submit 10 product recommendations per day.
Reporting:
Create detailed reports and presentations on potential products, including all relevant data and ROI calculations.
Present findings and recommendations to the team clearly and concisely.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the Amazon marketplace.
Suggest new tools and strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the product sourcing process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency with Amazon seller tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, AMZScout, or similar.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes and requirements.
Experience or knowledge of Keepa for tracking product prices and sales history.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data analysis and ROI calculations.
Knowledge of current market trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Ability to create compelling and informative presentations.
