ROLE
The primary function of the Operations Coordinator is to ensure the overall success of the company’s products on Amazon. This includes managing data collection and presentation, SKU optimization, PPC reporting and regular engagement with our customers on social media.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational:
Oversee daily basic checks of account health and listing statuses
Oversee day to day SKU optimization (inc. keyword research and analysis as per our processes), PPC optimization/maintenance
Downloading reports and completing scorecards with relevant data points
Managing fee, refund and return reports and submitting if anything requires correction or investigation
Participation in selected webinars for self-development
Meeting via Zoom with team Brand owner to discuss previous weeks and future plans
Customer engagement:
Connecting with influencers on social media
Building relationships with influencers for promotions
Creating Amazon posts/stories
RESULTS
Keep Listings active and updated at all times
Hitting KPIs consistently
Assist in creating a positive, fun and results driven environment
Completing various scorecards to track progress
Consistent communication with Brand Director
Further growth of Brand presence on social media
Relationships with influencers on social media
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 years Amazon Seller Central experience
PPC management experience desirable
Ability work with little to no supervision
Can efficiently collaborate with the team
Knowledge in keyword research
Familiarity with Helium 10 and other industry tools
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized with very high attention to details
Willing to take on new challenges and carry out new/unfamiliar tasks
Resourceful and willing to learn new things
Can efficiently collaborate with the team
