VIRTUAL ASSISTANT – PRODUCT SOURCING

**We are hiring an experienced Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist with Product Sourcing**

This is a position for an EXPERIENCED Online Arbitrage Product Sourcing professional. We are not going to be providing any training at all during this time due to time constraints. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN SOURCING, AND UNDERSTAND THE CRITERIA LISTED BELOW:

– The role requires the use of:

SellerAmp SAS and Keepa

You will need to be highly skilled in techniques such as; reverse sourcing/lookup; manual sourcing/lookup; finding sales, using discount codes; clearance site sourcing and storefront stalking.

This position is for a long term hire on an hourly pay basis, either on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the candidate’s preference and expertise. The hiring process will begin with a trial task, followed by a probationary period (1 or 2 weeks) if successful.

Payment will be $5 – $10 per hour with an added commission incentive scheme based on quality and returns of leads. Pay will increase after a few months. I give a lot of bonuses for good leads.

We follow rigorous protocol when sourcing products. Sourced deals MUST meet ALL of the following criteria:

– Minimum 25 – 30% return on investment minimum

– Minimum $3.00 profit per item

– Minimum 100 est. Sales per Month (Keepa / SAS average)

– Rank within the top 2% of listings (given est. sales per month is met)

– NO EBAY

– Amazon US marketplace listing

– US legitimate retailer with trusted reviews

– No variation in ASIN for the same product, only the highest ranked listing would apply

– Ideally, less than 15 sellers on the listing (can be higher depending on stock levels and est. sales per month)

– Neither Amazon nor the brand, nor the retailer should be listed on the listing (unless Amazon is sharing the Buy Box)

– No sellers with ‘999+’ inventory on the listing

– No restricted products or over sized items

– No IP or PL risk

– Healthy sales rank and pricing activity over the past 3-6 months

The hiring progress will begin with a trial task and interview with the potential for a permanent position for successful candidates.
