Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Amazon Virtual Assistant who is reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to managing our Amazon seller account and optimizing our product listings. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure the smooth operation of our Amazon storefront.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon seller account, including inventory management, order processing, and customer communication.
2. Optimize product listings with relevant keywords, compelling copy, and high-quality images to enhance visibility and drive sales.
3. Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns/refunds.
5. Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, best practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Requirements:
1. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
2. Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Someone who can work full time. Available between 8 am – 8 pm Eastern Time, weekdays.
6. Responsive and with a sense of urgency.
