Job Description: As an Amazon VA – Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 12-15 products on Amazon. Your main responsibility will be to manage the amazon listings and the P&L of these products.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire product lifecycle for the assigned products, including coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring products are in stock and available for purchase.
• Analyze sales trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance. You will compare the DRR (Days of Remaining Inventory) of sales and give the indent to the sales team so that they can place orders accordingly.
• Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion. You will use keywords and other optimization techniques to improve search ranking and attract more customers. You will also ensure that product titles, descriptions, images, and other information are accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage PPC campaigns for the assigned products. Monitor ad spend and adjust bids and targeting to achieve maximum ROI. Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns and achieve sales targets.
• Create regular reports on product performance and share insights and recommendations with the team. You will use data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions about product management and marketing strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service to Amazon customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
• Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure that the assigned products are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives. Communicate regularly with team members to share updates and progress.
Inventory Management:
• Track inventory and ensure that products are in stock and available for purchase. You will compare the DRR (Days of Remaining Inventory) of sales and give the indent to the sales team so that they can place orders accordingly.
• Use Helium10 to make listings better, optimise for keywords, track competitors and marketshare.
• Coordinate with purchase team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking..
Salary: The starting salary for this position is $400-$600 USD per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

You should have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience with Amazon product management and inventory management is preferred.
