Amazon Virtual Assistant – (Wholesale)

PRII.T is a dynamic and innovative UK e-commerce business specialising in selling a wide range of products on Amazon. We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Virtual Assistant with a strong focus on wholesaler sourcing to join our team. This remote position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Amazon business.

Job Summary:
As an Amazon Virtual Assistant – Wholesale Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our product catalogue by identifying and establishing relationships with wholesalers. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality, profitable products for resale on the Amazon platform, helping us achieve our sales and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Wholesaler Sourcing: Research and identify potential wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers that offer products suitable for sale on Amazon.

2. Vendor Outreach: Initiate and maintain effective communication via email and phone with wholesalers and negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements that benefit our business.

3. Product Evaluation: Analyze the suitability of products for resale on Amazon by considering factors such as profitability, market demand, competition, and Amazon policies.

4. Catalogue Expansion: Continuously add new, high-quality products to our Amazon inventory.

5. Data Management: Maintain detailed records of sourced products using Google Sheets, including supplier information, pricing, and other relevant data.

6. Compliance: Ensure all products sourced comply with Amazon’s policies, including accurate and complete product listings.

7. Market Research: Staying up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new opportunities. Including the yearly quarters and seasons.

8. Managing Orders: Chasing Deliveries, Organising Returns and notifying us of replenishable/Back in stock products.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role with a focus on wholesaler sourcing (Minimum of 6 months preferred).
– Familiarity with Amazon’s Seller Central
– Basic Knowledge of Amazons 3rd Party Services – Keepa & SellerAmp
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong analytical and research abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Docs & Google Sheets.
– Highly Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
– Outstanding Time management and Organisation Skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
– Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.
– Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Knowledge of Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes.
– Familiarity with tools like SellerAmp and Keepa.
– A passion for e-commerce and a drive for business growth.
