Job Description: Amazon Virtual Assistant (Wholesale Product Research and Brand/Supplier Management)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage product sourcing, brand and supplier relationships, and wholesale operations for our Amazon FBA business. This role requires expertise in conducting thorough market research, analyzing Keepa graphs, contacting brands and suppliers, and identifying profitable leads. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in expanding our product catalog, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality products, and maintaining strong partnerships with brands and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing and Wholesale Research:

Conduct extensive market research to identify trending and profitable products suitable for our Amazon FBA business.
Utilize advanced product sourcing techniques to identify potential leads and sources for wholesale products.
Analyze Keepa graphs and data to evaluate product performance, sales rank, pricing trends, and overall market demand.
Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for product differentiation and optimization.
Brand and Supplier Relationship Management:

Identify potential brands and suppliers for partnership based on product suitability, quality, and pricing.
Contact brands and suppliers to negotiate terms, establish relationships, and secure favorable pricing and supply agreements.
Maintain regular communication with brands and suppliers to ensure consistent product availability, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships.
Monitor and analyze supplier performance, including fulfillment, quality, and delivery, and take necessary actions to address any deficiencies.
Wholesale Operations and Inventory Management:

Coordinate the procurement and shipment of wholesale products, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
Optimize inventory levels based on sales trends, seasonality, and market demand to maximize profitability and minimize stockouts.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and fulfillment, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
Continuously evaluate and improve wholesale processes and strategies to streamline operations and enhance profitability.
Requirements:

Experience and Expertise:

Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, specifically in wholesale product research, brand/supplier management, and sourcing.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Amazon FBA business, marketplace dynamics, and product sourcing strategies.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting Keepa graphs and utilizing the data to inform product sourcing decisions.
Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively contact brands and suppliers, negotiate agreements, and build relationships.
Ability to articulate product requirements, pricing expectations, and business terms to brands and suppliers.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales data, and competitor activities.
Proactive problem-solving abilities to address supplier-related issues and optimize sourcing strategies.
Organizational and Time Management Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple brands and suppliers, track inventory, and ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
High-Level Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a similar high-level Amazon Virtual Assistant role, preferably in the wholesale product sourcing and brand/supplier management domain.
