Amazon Virtual Staff (Product Research and Supplier Relations)

Hey there! We are looking for a talented and motivated Virtual Staff to help us identify profitable products on Amazon India. As an Amazon Virtual Staff, you will use tools such as Helium 10 and JungleScout to research potential products and speak with various suppliers on Alibaba. You will also perform profitability analysis and provide us with vetted product recommendations and sources. In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Quality Control (QC) company in China and rate suppliers on price, quality, and other factors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use Helium 10 and JungleScout to research potential products on Amazon India
• Communicate with various suppliers on Alibaba to gather information about
potential products and negotiate prices
• Work closely with our QC company in China to ensure that the products meet our
quality standards and specifications
• Analyze the profitability of potential products using available data and tools
• Collaborate with the team to share vetted product recommendations and
sources
• Rate suppliers on price, quality, and other factors to help us build long-term
relationships with reliable suppliers
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and changes in the e-commerce industry
• Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in product research or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Amazon India and Alibaba
• Familiarity with research tools such as Helium 10 and JungleScout
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers on Alibaba
