As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented e-Commerce Operations Specialist with extensive experience in Amazon, Walmart, and Google PPC to join our team and play a crucial role in our online marketing and operations efforts.

Job Description:

As an Amazon, Walmart, Google PPC Specialist, and E-Commerce Operations Specialist at Earthside Farms, you will be responsible for managing our online advertising campaigns, optimizing our presence on various e-commerce platforms, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. Your role will involve a combination of PPC management, e-commerce strategy, and operational support.

Responsibilities:

1. PPC Management:
– Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies on Amazon, Walmart, and Google to drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and maximize sales
– Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and performance
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
– Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging PPC technologies on Amazon, Walmart, and Google.

2. E-Commerce Strategy:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives
– Optimize product listings on Amazon, Walmart, and other relevant platforms to improve visibility, conversion rates, and customer experience.
– Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
– Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns to drive sales and increase market share

3. E-Commerce Operations:
– Manage and oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment
– Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by coordinating with warehouse personnel and third-party logistics providers
– Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and product availability to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts
– Collaborate with customer support teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PPC campaigns, website traffic, conversions, and sales
– Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing and operational strategies
– Utilize analytics tools and platforms to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth

Requirements:
– Proven experience (3 years) in managing PPC campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, and Google Ads
– Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, including product listing optimization and marketplace dynamics
– Proficiency in PPC tools and platforms, such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Seller Center, and Google Ads
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or fulfillment is a plus
