As a Virtual Assistant specializing in Amazon/Walmart/Shopify, you will work closely with our team to identify, analyze, and implement strategies to maximize profitability in our online sales. You’ll work closely with our team to grow, optimize and streamline the sales and fulfillment processes, ensuring the best customer experience. Your role will be multifaceted, covering a variety of tasks such as customer service, product listing, order management, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer reviews and feedback.
Product Listing and Optimization: Create and update product listings, ensuring they are appealing, accurate, conduct product research and find high profitable product
Order Management: Efficiently process and monitor orders, coordinating with shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.
Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, reorder products when necessary, and manage stock efficiently.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions about pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
Marketplace Compliance: Ensure compliance with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and platform rules and guidelines.
Reporting: Generate reports to provide insights into sales, customer feedback, and business performance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in e-commerce operations is a plus.
Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or Shopify platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organized. Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Proven track record showing at least 30% ROI.
Experience building Shopify store is a plus
