This professional will be our go-to person for resolving issues with the Amazon platform, using their knowledge of tricks and shortcuts to improve efficiency. Additionally, they must have experience in identifying new product opportunities, bringing original ideas and creativity to our product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
– Efficiently manage issues and queries related to the Amazon platform.
– Assist in managing seller accounts and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
– Identify and evaluate new product opportunities.
– Propose original and creative ideas to expand our product portfolio.
– Analyze market trends and sales data to find potential niches.
Required Qualities:
– Previous experience in Amazon support or seller support.
– Ability to identify and evaluate new product opportunities.
– Creativity and innovative thinking.
– Proactivity and effective problem-solving skills.
– Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Fearlessness, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on challenges.
