Amazon Wholesale Account Manager

I am looking for someone with very relevant experience in Amazon Seller Central case management, reimbursements, shipment discrepancies, and other account management tasks

– *Previous employment working for Amazon seller support is a very strong advantage*
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
– Familiarity with sourcing and analyzing products to sell is not required, but an advantage.

Tasks:

– Case management with Amazon Account Health, and Amazon customer support.
This includes account health appeals, shipping discrepancies, missed reimbursements, etc…
– Communication with suppliers via email, chat, or phone.
– Data entry
– Inventory management

American business hours preferred. This role will involve American business hours for at least 4 hours of your shift. There can be flexibility on your hours, but 4 hours must align with American business hours.
