Job Title: Amazon Wholesale Expert – Client Success Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Wholesale Expert who will act as a Client Success Manager to oversee and manage our clients’ Amazon stores. As the Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing products and ensuring that the back-end team is properly managed to ensure the success of our clients’ Amazon stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the back-end team responsible for sourcing products and adding inventory to clients’ Amazon stores.
Ensure that all products sourced by the team are of high quality and meet our clients’ expectations.
Monitor pricing and reprice items as needed to maximize sales and profits.
Work closely with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with our services and that their Amazon stores are performing optimally.
Conduct monthly meetings with clients to provide updates on their Amazon store performance and discuss new product opportunities.
Ensure timely payment to suppliers and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure continued access to high-quality products.
Monitor the Amazon marketplace for trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Amazon wholesale, preferably with experience managing client accounts.
Strong knowledge of Amazon’s platform and policies, including experience with inventory management, pricing, and order processing.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Proven ability to manage a team and ensure high-quality work output.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
