Part-time Amazon Business Manager (Wholesale/OA) – Opportunity for Full-time
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Amazon Business Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our 7-figure Amazon business, you will work directly with the owner to handle a variety of tasks including building purchase orders, organizing data, sourcing wholesalers, identifying leads, repricing, organizing spreadsheets, and other essential responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Purchase Order Management:
– Work closely with the owner to create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for wholesale products.
– Source and negotiate with wholesalers to ensure optimal pricing and availability.
2. Data Organization:
– Utilize Google Sheets to organize, aggregate, and present data effectively.
– Implement efficient data management practices for streamlined business operations.
3. Amazon Account Management:
– Navigate SellerCentral proficiently, handling tasks such as creating shipments, managing account health, and addressing feedback.
4. Marketplace Strategies:
– Leverage tools like Keepa for insightful analysis, staying updated on market trends, and making informed decisions.
– Implement repricing strategies, preferably using software like SellerSnap, to optimize product pricing and competitiveness.
5. Profit Calculation:
– Utilize profit calculation tools such as SellerAmp or RevSeller to ensure accurate and detailed financial analysis.
6. Online Arbitrage:
– Demonstrate expertise in online arbitrage, understanding order cancellations, and effectively utilizing coupons.
– Identify profitable OA leads and execute strategies to maximize returns.
Qualifications:
– Amazon Expertise: Substantial experience with SellerCentral, including creating shipments, managing account health, and handling feedback.
– Marketplace Tools: Highly experienced with Keepa for market analysis.
– Repricing Software: Proficient in using repricing software, preferably SellerSnap.
– Wholesale Expertise: Prior experience in Amazon wholesale, including finding distributors and assembling purchase orders.
– Arbitrage Skills: Understanding of online arbitrage mechanics and effective use of coupons manginging order cancellations, etc.
– Data Management: Proficient in Google Sheets for organizing, aggregating, and presenting data.
