Position Overview:

As an Amazon Wholesale Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Amazon wholesale operations. Your responsibilities will include product research, supplier communication, inventory management, and analysis of market trends to identify new opportunities. Additionally, your knowledge of Amazon Private Label will be invaluable as we explore and expand into private label products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify profitable wholesale products to sell on Amazon.
Onboard new brands and distributors.
Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, place orders, and manage logistics.
Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock.
Utilize Amazon Seller Central to manage listings, process orders, and analyze sales data.
Apply knowledge of Amazon Private Label to assist in developing and launching new products.
Stay updated with Amazon’s policies and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
English Level C2
Proven experience as an Amazon VA, with a strong understanding of Amazon Wholesale and Private Label. Minimum of 1 year experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable calling companies in the US
Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
Ability to work US hours to align with team and market activities.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have a STRONG attention to detail. This cannot be overemphasized.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be willing to be a “utility player” and occasionally help with other things like admin tasks.
