Responsibilities:
Create and manage product listings on Amazon, adhering to platform guidelines and best practices.
Write compelling and accurate product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and specifications.
Optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions with relevant keywords to improve search rankings and visibility.
Select and upload high-quality product images that effectively showcase the product’s features.
Research and analyze competitor listings and market trends to optimize pricing strategies and product positioning.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock availability and timely replenishment.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain necessary product information and resolve any listing-related issues.
Continuously evaluate and update product listings to maximize sales and conversion rates.
Conduct regular performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
Stay up to date with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and marketplace trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and addressing any product-related issues.
Requirements:
