Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Wholesale Purchasing Manager to lead our team of sourcing representatives and manage the purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling purchase orders on a daily basis and ensuring consistency in our sourcing processes. A significant plus would be the ability to introduce new high-volume suppliers that the candidate has previously worked with. Additional commission opportunities are available for successful introductions to new suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sourcing representatives.
Compile and process purchase orders (POs) on a daily basis.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in sourcing and purchasing processes.
Identify and develop relationships with high-volume suppliers.
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide regular reports on purchasing activities and team performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Amazon wholesale purchasing and sourcing.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with Amazon’s marketplace and inventory management.
Ability to compile and process POs efficiently and accurately.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Established relationships with high-volume suppliers are a significant plus.
