Amazon Wholesale VA. Product Mapping and Profitability Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Amazon virtual assistant to help with mapping our supplier’s product catalog to Amazon listings, identifying profitable products, and determining brand restrictions. You will be working with a price list containing approximately 12,000 products from our existing supplier.

Responsibilities:

Product Mapping:

Analyze the supplier’s product data, including Item ID, Item Description, Item Size, Unit of Measure, Price, Case Quantity, and Brand.
Utilize the Item Description and Brand information to search for matching Amazon product listings, including potential bundle opportunities.
Map each supplier product to the corresponding Amazon listing(s), creating a comprehensive database or spreadsheet.

Profitability Analysis:

Calculate the potential profit margin for each mapped product by considering the supplier’s price, Amazon’s fees (referral, FBA, etc.), and the current Amazon selling price.
Identify products with substantial profit potential based on defined criteria (e.g., minimum profit margin percentage).
Provide a ranked list of the most profitable products for consideration.

Brand Restriction Detection:

Investigate the brand restrictions or gating requirements for our Amazon seller account.
Determine which brands from the supplier’s catalog are restricted or ungated for our account.
Provide a clear breakdown of restricted and unrestricted brands, highlighting any potential issues or opportunities.

Requirements:

Proficiency in KEEPA, SellerAmp and other Amazon seller tools
Experience in Amazon Wholesale
Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet manipulation (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Amazon’s product catalog, search functionality, and seller policies.

Supplier carries 12000 items, and they update their PL once a month. They don’t have UPCs or ASINs there, they have Item IDs, so we would need to find a matching listing on Amazon manually and connect them with Supplier’s item ID

So for the high productivity we need to somehow connect WG27 (item ID of supplier) to the ASIN. And then in a month we would somehow upload the price list from supplier with new price and excel or any other software would automatically match Item ID with ASIN.??How would you perform this task?
