As we expand our wholesale operations on Amazon, we’re seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help us source products, analyse profitability, and streamline our wholesale processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Remote Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will be an integral part of our wholesale team, contributing to the success and growth of our business. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Product Sourcing: Research and identify potential products for wholesale on Amazon, considering market trends, demand, and competition.

Profitability Analysis: Compile and analyse data to determine the profitability of potential products, considering factors such as cost, pricing, fees, and potential sales volume.

Data Management: Maintain organised spreadsheets and databases containing product information, pricing, and relevant data for easy reference and decision-making.

Supplier Communication: Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, and other terms to ensure favorable wholesale agreements.

Listing Optimisation: Assist in creating and optimising product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to ensure products are restocked in a timely manner.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in Amazon’s policies that could impact our wholesale operations.

Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics related to wholesale activities, presenting findings to the team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in e-commerce, Amazon retail, or wholesale operations.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its various tools for product management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and organisation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
A passion for e-commerce and an eagerness to contribute to the growth of a dynamic business.
