Job Description:
We are seeking an Ambassador & Influencer Manager to lead our Ambassador & Influencer program. You will be responsible for building and driving strategies for ambassadors and influencers to drive creativity, impact, and results for the business. The ideal candidate will have experience building out an ambassador & influencer program, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a passion for social media.

Responsibilities:
Recruit, manage and train a team of brand ambassadors/influencers
Collaborate with our team to create engaging content for the ambassador program
Monitor and analyze metrics and report on program success
Identify and leverage new opportunities for ambassador program growth
Well-versed in influencer marketing reporting and delivering results to executive leadership
Strong copywriting and editing skills that mirror our brand voice
Previous experience building an Ambassador program
Strong project management skills with attention to detail
Deep understanding of influencer marketing tactics and proven relationships with influencers
Familiarity with influencer reporting and management platforms

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing an ambassador/influencer program
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Proven track record of building successful ambassador/influencer partnerships and relationships
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Passion for social media and disruptive content
Fluent in English
