The Job:
I’m looking for a full time Virtual Assistant who has excellent, excellent, English writing and communication skills. The most important aspect of this job is the ability to learn new skills, think critically, and solve problems as they arise. Experience with ChatGPT is recommended.
Experience in Adobe Photoshop is REQUIRED.
Intuitive research skills are REQUIRED
Must be creative, problem solving, fast learning, with attention to detail.
You will be;
Collaborating with our corporate partners behind the scenes and solving their issues.
Creating SEO optimized content under the direction of our SEO manager including graphics.
Fully immersing in our industry, taking on a wide range of tasks that personally alleviate tasks from my work load.
Creating new website banners and graphics.
Handling inbound correspondence and support tickets.
Staying on top of Support e-mails and learning how to troubleshoot.
Perks;
This is the first position where I need a worker who spends more time aligned with my time zone. I’m on Eastern US time, GMT -5.
You can work as much as you want, I will pay you based on a salary, but overtime hours will be paid extra.
Vacations are flexible, if you need time off just let me know. One of our team members recently took a 4 week trip to another country and was able to manage his workload and received full salary for the duration.
