Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative with an impeccable American accent to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, update CRM systems, and facilitate seamless communication between team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members to optimize workflow.
Update CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate closely with team members to maintain excellent communication and streamline processes.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements:
Fluent in English with an authentic American accent.
Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
Willingness to work night shifts to accommodate American business hours.
