American Small Business Needs a VA

This position is for my company, which assists small businesses with marketing.

Your primary tasks will be:
– Identifying businesses that could use our help, which we’ll train you to do.
– Call the businesses that you identified, using provided software. Calls need to be made during business hours in the US. Hawaii and Alaska’s business hours may align with your schedule.
– Provide quotes and invoices to customers. We’ll train you on how to do this.
– Follow up via email with customers

REQUIREMENTS
– Have high speed internet at home (at least 20mb down)
– Track time using Time Doctor
– Be able to make regular phone calls during US business hours, using provided software
– Be willing to learn new skills as the need arises
– Be technically proficient. As we’re in a different timezone, you’ll need to know how to troubleshoot your computer and provided software.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
– Starting pay $180 USD/month salary
Bonuses are in addition to your salary, with no limit on bonuses.
– $20 USD bonus for each product you sell
– $5 USD bonus for every product a customer renews, each month

– Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
– 13th month bonus, prorated for your first year
– Two weeks paid vacation each year, prorated for your first year
– National holidays off and paid
– You choose your working hours
– Work from home

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
– Have your own working computer
– 40 hours of work each week
– Willing to learn and take assignments

– Comfortable reading, writing and speaking English
– Meets deadlines 100% of the time. Most tasks won’t have strict deadlines, but we need to trust that you can meet deadlines when necessary.

HIRING PROCESS

– Paid Project: if we like your application message and you followed the directions, we’ll offer you a paid ($5 USD) project.
– Informal Video Interview: if we think you did well on the project, we’ll meet for a video interview on Zoom. We’ll appear on camera, so you know we’re real people, and we’d like you to appear on camera for the same reason. We’ll do some role play phone calls and talk more about the position.
– Offer: if everything went well and we think you’re a good match, we’ll offer you a one month paid trial. If the trial goes well, we’ll offer you the position.
