Comprehensive Rehab Consultants focuses on partnering with skilled nursing facilities to meet their individual needs. We are passionate about healthcare technology, innovation, and delivery. CRC is widely considered as visionaries in the post-acute space, designing new care models to improve efficiency, decrease hospitalizations, and improve clinical outcomes. We are searching for an Analytics Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will be to leverage your expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, and business intelligence to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Project management experience
•Native/Fluent English, spoken and written
•You must be self-motivated with the ability to stay productive independently and efficiently problem solve
•You are motivated and excited to work as a team, working towards shared initiatives
•Keen attention to detail
•Available M-F 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Central Time) and some weekends
•Reliable internet and computer access
•Headset and webcam
•Quiet/distraction-free working environment

Preferred Skills:

•Proficiency in Excel, Python, R, Power BI, Preset
•LookerStudio
•BigQuery
•Airtable
•Statistical analysis and predictive modeling
•Microsoft Office, Zoom (required)
•Experience with healthcare regulations and EHR
•Experience with Machine learning algorithms

Roles and Responsibilities

The day to day tasks will be varied, but here are some things you can expect to be asked to accomplish:

•Data extraction and handling of large datasets
•Data analysis and modeling of healthcare analytics
•Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives and decision making process
•Providing broad spectrum support to the Analytics team
•Pulling various reports for data entry and integrating into readable trackers
•Routine and independent auditing of various metrics to maintain trackers for various clinical operations and performance projects
•Efficient and timely formatting of documents, projects, analyses, and PowerPoint presentations (Google platforms)
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven results

The job will be 50 hrs/wk
