Job Description

The Role
As the Analytics Report Specialist, your role is important to assist us with tracking our lead generation, advertising, event performance metrics and other key performance indicators across the company and help to shape and support our marketing strategy with key data and insights.

The role has a strong focus on research, analysing and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and third parties to bring together all data sources, tracking and reporting so we have actionable insights and trends and identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
? Enthusiastic about data, being able to interpret, analyse and share key insights with various key stakeholders.
? Conduct appropriate analysis and translate findings into actionable insights within a fast-changing organisational and market environment.
? Investigate alternate data sources to provide additional insight into the business operations for key decision-making.
? Ensure all project tasks and documentation are up to date and maintain the highest levels of quality in deliverables.
? Collaborating and staying up to date with the overall reporting of company activities such as events, products/programs sold, traffic, visitors, conversions, etc., by working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Team.
? Champion innovative ideas and competitive intelligence where possible to enable the team to stay on the leading edge of tracking all data flow within the company.
? To be part of a productive team and to help and support within roles and responsibilities to deliver great outcomes.
? To take direction from the CMO for the development, buildout, or reporting dashboard, funnel tracking, performance measures and benchmarks, etc., utilising Google Data Studio, CYFE or similar BI technology.
? Ensuring accuracy in work before publishing any reporting or providing tracking links, UTM’s, etc., to the team.
? Be thoroughly conversant and proficient in maintaining data integrity and reporting across platforms.
? Complete production tasks as directed by the CMO and/or CFO.

Your Experience and Capability:
? To be successful in this role, you will have a general understanding of data analysis, modelling, insights generation, storytelling, and reporting tools.
? You will have advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and Data Query and analysis techniques and the ability to extract data from Active Campaign and other systems we use.
? You will be proficient with Google Analytics, Facebook, and Instagram tracking, as well as creating and tracking UTMs, conversions, etc.
? You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure key stakeholders are kept informed.
? You will be naturally curious and possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the business demands of the company.
? You will be highly organised and have competency across a broad range of technical tools and services.
