Angular JS – Front End Developer

We are looking for an Angular JS – Front End Developer to join our team working on a C# / Angular web application.

Your role will consist of working relatively independently on software development projects, working on tasks in an AGILE methodology. You will be joining a small team of 3 developers working on this project, assisted by our PM, UX and QA team as well.

The project is an existing application built in .NET Core using an AngularJS front-end. Your role will be to continue the development of this application, adding features and fixing bugs on an ongoing basis.

About NXTWORK:
NXTWORK is a software development company based in Brisbane, Australia. We build cloud, web,
mobile, desktop and server applications for our clients. We also have a number of in-house
applications that we provide as cloud-based services. Our team is split across Australia and the
Philippines.
You will report to David, our software architect. He works with our customers to put together
design documentation based on their requirements.

Skills Required:
• Clear, frequent and detailed communication – you must be comfortable and confident
communicating updates, and provide details in your summaries and comments
• Be up-front, and don’t be afraid to ask questions – if you don’t know something, just ask
• Ability to work quickly, to a time limit – our projects are all based on set milestones, with
certain parts of the application being due by a set time
Working Hours
• We prefer you to work as closely as you can match Australian business hours (GMT+10)
• We are flexible with this – so long as you are working 8 hours per day, we are happy to
negotiate a start and finish time
Working Location
The role can be work from home, but it is preferred if the candidate can attend our office. You will
work on a company-issued terminal server, which will host your development environments for the
projects you will be working on. You will need a computer (PC or Mac is fine) to access the terminal
server.
Confidentiality
You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement at the beginning of this role. This agreement
is to protect our clients’ confidential information, which you may have access to as part of your role
