They are a family-owned asset management company based in the Chicago area. This company prides itself on its commitment to delivering the most personalized level of service to every owner and client. They strive to offer hotel management services, lending solutions, acquisitions, and accounting expertise.
In addition to managing hotels for entrepreneurs, institutions, and private owners, they also own and operate a Portfolio of Hotels, Restaurants, and a Pharmacy & Medical Clinic.
What you’ll do
This company is looking for an Angular Web Developer to complete a responsive single-page website that offers product information and a consultation scheduler and is visually engaging. Responsibilities for this project include but are not limited to:
– Creating a website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
– Writing well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
– Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
– Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs
– Creating and maintaining software documentation
– Responsibility for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the site
– Staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them to operations and activities
– Cooperating with the web designer to match visual design intent
Who you are
– An Angular Web Developer with over three years of experience developing responsive single-page websites
– Knowledgeable on how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices
– Aggressive about problem diagnosis and creative in problem-solving
– A multi-tasker that can juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
– A leader and natural problem-solver who can work well independently
What you should have
– Proven working experience in web development (please share your portfolio or any websites or applications you have worked on)
– Experience using
– Solid programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
– Sound knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming and web application development
– Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and network analytics tools
– Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
– Solid knowledge of Search Engine Optimization processes
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
