Position Overview: As an Animation Creator Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and entertaining animations for our YouTube channel. Your primary responsibility will be to create original animated content that aligns with our brand’s tone and objectives. From concept development to final production, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your artistic vision to life and engage viewers with your storytelling expertise.
Responsibilities:
• Develop unique and compelling animation concepts that align with our content strategy and target audience.
• Create storyboards and animatics to outline the visual narrative and pacing of each animation.
• Produce high-quality 2D/3D animations using industry-standard software and tools.
• Collaborate with the content team, scriptwriters, and voice actors to ensure seamless integration of animation with narration and scripts.
• Continuously research and implement new animation techniques and trends to elevate our channel’s content.
• Meet production timelines and deliver animations within set deadlines.
• Maintain and organize animation assets for easy retrieval and future use.
• Provide feedback and support to fellow team members to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an Animation Creator, Animator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your original animation projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and character development.
• Solid knowledge of video production processes, including storyboarding, animatics, and post-production.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various team members.
• A passion for YouTube content creation and staying up-to-date with trends in the digital media industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Digital Media, Film Production, or related fields.
• Experience in creating animations for educational or explainer-style content.
• Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Familiarity with YouTube’s platform, analytics, and SEO practices.
