Animation / Motion Graphics Specialist – Adobe After Effects.

Join our fun, wellness business team at Pilates Can Pty Ltd in Australia. We have been established for over 20 years in our local Clinical Pilates market here in Australia.
We are ready for a period of significant growth. If you are part of that growth, then we will also grow your hourly rate, number of regular hours and associated benefits.
You can start with an initial 8 – 10 hours per week and build that to a larger hourly load that will suit both yourself and our workflow at Pilates Can.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, you will be an important part of our team of digital marketing in-house staff & consultants. You will be working in close collaboration throughout all phases of project development to design, develop and execute motion graphics animation-based projects, bringing your own style to create beautifully composed, engaging content.
Pilates Can Pty Ltd will provide you with access to their online Adobe tools and other required software. You will need to have the appropriate hardware and internet connection.
You will produce animations / motion graphics for use on our websites, social media and other marketing platforms as required, using best practices and standards across these differing platforms. All videos and other graphic/audio files will be stored, organised, and maintained on our shared drives.
You will help develop creative, strategic ideas that solve specific marketing challenges. Briefs, scripts, storyboards, audio, and visual content will be provided, for you to then take to the next level and tell a compelling, engaging and ultimately converting, story through unique creative assets and visual interactions.
As your role develops, you will have the opportunity to give more input into these provided briefs, scripts, and storyboards, adding value to that output where possible.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3-5 years working on Animation / Motion Graphics projects via the Adobe Creative Suite – After Effects.
Able to show multiple high-quality creative projects you have animated via the Adobe Creative Suite.
Best practices in Animation / Motion Graphics projects via the Adobe Creative Suite.
Clear English communication skills in multiple forms, including team zoom meetings and email is essential.
Advanced understanding of video marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition is an advantage.
Working knowledge of WordPress and Thrive Themes, and their integration with ActiveCampaign, a bonus.
REMUNERATION:
The successful candidate will start at an attractive hourly rate between $USD 5-10 / Hr.
Performance will be reviewed regularly, based on Key Performance Indicators that will be discussed in detail with shortlisted applicants, prior to on boarding the successful candidate.
