The Best in You company is looking to start a YouTube channel dedicated to creating high-quality, entertaining, and educational content for kids with black youth at the center. Our videos cover a wide range of topics including learning activities, storytelling, songs, and animations aimed at children aged 1-10 years old. We strive to create engaging and safe content that sparks curiosity and creativity in young minds. We are looking for a talented and versatile creative professional to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about storytelling, skilled in various aspects of media production, and ready to handle a heavy workload, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking someone who is creative and is proficient in animation, video editing and kids content creation. We want someone who is passionate about creating content and understands what keeps children engaged and entertained on digital platforms.
Animation:
-Creating 2D or 3D animations that can help bring our dream into reality to appeal to young viewers.
-Animating black youth as the main focus teaching the audience and keeping them entertained.
-Storyboard and script animations that complement educational objectives
-Emulating popular kids channels like Gracie’s Corner with either 2D animation or 3D animation like Cocomelon
Editing:
-Overall looking for clean basic editing into high quality content for kids
-Good pacing to keep the audience engaged
-Create an intro and outro for the channel
Other Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in web series production or a related field.
– Knowledge of sound design and music editing.
– Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
– Ability to adapt to new technologies and trends in digital content creation.
-Familiarity with creating content specifically for children’s audiences, understanding their preferences and sensitivities.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
