Animator for Short Form Content

Job Overview:
We are a content creation team looking to hire a full-time animator to create short-form videos and images for the social media channels of Josh Terry.

The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, and capable of producing high-quality animations quickly.

Who We’re Looking For:
-Proficient in creating 2D animations and motion graphics.
-At least 2 years of experience working as an animator or motion graphic designer.
-Proficiency with animation software such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar.
-Familiarity with the styles of Dan Koe and ability to make videos in a similar style.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to take and incorporate feedback.
-Available to work full-time remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
-Create 2D animations and images for social media content in a style similar to Dan Koe (this will be the focus of the job).
-Understand the broad vision of the content creation goals and make decisions on what to do next.
-Produce a large number of animations quickly. More than one video is produced every day, animated elements are included in each one.
-Brainstorm and pitch new ideas for content.
-Willing to do other virtual assistant and graphic design tasks that are within your skill sets.
-Coordinate projects and workflows with the team.
-Take guidance and feedback from team members and incorporate it effectively.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an animator or motion graphic designer.
-Willing to do some sample work to prove that you can do the job.
-Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage your own schedule.
-Strong understanding of visual storytelling.
-Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.
