Job Description:
We are seeking talented and creative individuals to join our team as Animator, Illustration, and Storyboard Artists. As part of our dynamic creative team, you will be responsible for bringing characters, environments, and narratives to life through animation, illustration, and storyboarding. The ideal candidates will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

1. Create captivating animations that effectively convey narrative, emotion, and character personality.
2. Develop visually stunning illustrations for various projects, including character designs, backgrounds, and assets.
3. Collaborate with writers, bloggers, social media managers, and other team members to conceptualize and develop storyboards that effectively communicate the visual direction of projects.
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts for animation, illustration, and storyboard projects.
4. Ensure consistency of style and quality across all animation, illustration, and storyboard work.
Adapt to feedback and make revisions as necessary to meet project requirements and deadlines.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continually enhance skills and improve workflow efficiency.
6. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge, providing support, and offering creative insights.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an animator, illustrator, or storyboard artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
2. Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, Canva, or similar tools.
3. Excellent drawing skills and a solid understanding of composition, color, and anatomy.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts visually.
6. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
7. A passion for storytelling and a creative approach to problem-solving.
8. Bachelor’s degree in animation, illustration, visual arts, or a related field (preferred).
