Australian AP Data Entry
Source Buy Sell is company that provides businesses with top-tier procurement and AP services in Australia. We are looking for AP Data Entry Staff who will be based in their own home office.
Our aim is to form long- term relationships with our suppliers and clients to build trust and ensure sustainable high-quality work end-to-end.

SKILLS
You must have a high degree and exceptional eye for detail and skills in :
Data Entry and Analytics
Invoice Processing
Purchase Order Creation
Statement Reconciliation
Email Management
Spreadsheet Summaries
MUST HAVEs:
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, particularly MS EXCEL.
Ability to multi-task, is flexible and shows eagerness to learn and be trained.
Possess the values of importance, respect, diligence, patience, loyalty, honesty, and integrity.
His/her own computer or laptop

REMUNERATION:
Work Hours:
8.30am to 5.30pm (Melbourne Australian Time Zone).
Initial Salary:
20,000 PESO per month.
Probation (Trial) Period:
3 Months – After your trial period of three (3) months your salary will increase to 22,000 peso per month.
Annual Increase: every 12 months (Applicant’s SBS Anniversary)
Employment Conditions and Benefits
• 16th to 15th of each month is your pay cycle.
• You are paid each 15th of each month.
• You are entitled to 20 days per year paid holiday leave
• You will receive 10 days per year paid sick leave.
• You will receive a 13th Month bonus paid each December (Pro-Rata)
• Australian Public Holidays will be your Public Holiday allocation, any other public holidays in FILI will be work days.
