ABOUT THE ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Your primary objective will include follow-ups, collections calls, and resolution of all billing/payroll related matters
– Work cross-functionally between various teams in the company and our clients to ensure the billing practices and policy enforcement
– Generate and revise client invoices
– Updates our internal systems and the billing system with timely appropriate billing edits and payments
– Identify issues and assist in problem resolution
– Prepare financial and statistical reports for the management
ABOUT YOU:
We are a customer centric organization and expect our staff to serve clients both internal and external in the best possible way. We require professionals who meet the following requirements:
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
– With experience in Dashboard creation
– Experience in BPO (Voice Process) preferred
– 1+ years of experience in Finance or Billing Department
– Experience working in cash space, billing and invoicing, operations, or finance
– Proven track record of making data-driven business decisions
– Attention to detail
– Team Player
– Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word), G-Suites
– Good communication skills
– Self-Starter with willingness to learn
Salary: Php 20,000-25,000 per month
