API developer for EHR integrations

As an API Developer, you will play an integral role in the development of API connections between our marketing platform and various physician electronic health record systems.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Design, develop, and maintain API connections between our marketing platform and various physician electronic health record systems.
2. Understand and utilize existing API documentation for the electronic health record systems to establish secure, efficient connections.
3. Create and maintain technical documentation related to the API development process and functionality.
4. Collaborate with our software development team to integrate the APIs into our platform.
5. Conduct regular testing to ensure the functionality of APIs, as well as troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs.
6. Stay informed on the latest industry trends and updates in API development and healthcare technology.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience as an API Developer or similar role.
3. Expert knowledge in API design, development, and management.
4. Familiarity with healthcare technology, specifically electronic health record systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Preferred:**

1. Experience working with healthcare APIs.
2. Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations.
