Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Mobile App Developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating mobile applications that enhance user experiences, engage our audiences, and support our diverse range of ventures. You’ll collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, design intuitive user interfaces, and implement robust and user-friendly app functionalities.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define app requirements and features. Participate in the entire app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure app performance, usability, and security. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in the chosen mobile app development platform, such as iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin or Java).
Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter can be advantageous for developing the app for both platforms simultaneously.

User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design:
Understanding of UI/UX principles to design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for creating and managing virtual business cards.
Knowledge of layout design, typography, and user interaction patterns.

Database Management:
Skills in working with databases, preferably both local and remote (cloud-based) databases, to store user profiles, virtual business card data, and link tracking information.
Knowledge of database systems like SQLite, Firebase, or MongoDB.

Networking and API Integration:
Ability to integrate APIs for various functionalities, such as sending virtual business cards to contacts and tracking link clicks in real-time.
Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.

Real-Time Communication:
Familiarity with technologies for real-time communication and data synchronization, as this is crucial for tracking link clicks in real-time.
Knowledge of WebSockets, Firebase Realtime Database, or similar technologies.
Push Notifications:

Proficiency in implementing push notifications to notify users when someone views their virtual business card or clicks on links.
Understanding of platforms like Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

Security and Data Privacy:
Strong understanding of security practices to ensure user data privacy and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.
Encryption techniques, secure data storage, and user authentication.
Link Tracking and Analytics:

Skills in tracking link clicks and user interactions within the app in real-time.
Knowledge of analytics frameworks like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.

Version Control:
Proficiency in using version control systems like Git to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.
Debugging and Troubleshooting:

Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues.
Deployment and App Store Guidelines:

Understanding of the deployment process for both iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
Familiarity with app store guidelines and best practices for app submission.

Continuous Learning:
Given the evolving nature of mobile app development, a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies is essential.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
